We encourage guests to schedule appointments four to eight weeks in advance in order to ensure our availability. All appointments include a full consultation with customized recommendations for home maintenance of treatments and services.
In case of a need to cancel or reschedule appointments, we ask that all guests please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for standard appointments, a of minimum of 48 hours notice for spa packages, and a minimum of 72 hours notice for group bookings of three of more. This allows EHSS the opportunity to notify guests on our waiting list should an appointment become available. EHSS reserves the right to charge a 40 percent fee for cancellations that do not provide the required notice. In case a group booking does not provide the required notice, an additional fee of 100 dollars will be charged.
We ask that guests please arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
Enjoy coffee, a selection of teas, or our signature infused water (lemon-lime, cranberry-lemon, peaches and mint), along with a selection of healthy snacks prior to your consulation. Late arrival may result in the customization of scheduled services to fit the available time remaining.
